Each year the Tamarack Foundation hosts a spectacular gala in the Tamarack Conference Center. Over the years the decor has reflected imaginative themes, and the diverse menus have showcased the exquisite talents of our Greenbrier-trained chefs.  Artisans generously donate works of handmade art, and sponsors lend their financial support. A silent auction, a live auction and dancing complete the entertainment/fundraising package for the evening.

The 2007 Foundation Gala raised more than $134,000.  These dollars make a significant difference in artisan education and professional development programming and also provide  needed monies to the artisan relief fund.  To date, 11 grants have been awarded to artisans to assist in recovery during times of career threatening circumstances beyond their control.
