Peanut Butter Silk Pie

1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
1 par-baked pie crust*

* can use graham cracker crust, if desired

Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream until completely incorporated. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts.

Whipped Cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup confectioner’s sugar

Whisk ingredients together until stiff peaks form.**

** can use whipped topping, if desired
