Benefits of Being a Tamarack Artisan

As a juried artist or artisan, you will be eligible to wholesale to Tamarack and participate in various business, marketing, educational, and retail opportunities sponsored by Tamarack and the Tamarack Foundation for the Arts.  You will be eligible to sell to the Travel Plazas on the West Virginia Turnpike and the Museum Shop in the WV Division of Culture of History building in Charleston.

Tamarack juried artisans are also eligible for programs through the Tamarack Foundation for the Arts, that encourages artisans, 18 years and older, to reach their full potential by providing resources for training, education, mentoring and business expansion. These programs are intended to further the professional development of working artists to advance their careers.

Artisan Services provides product design and development, business and marketing advice to juried artists and artisans on an on-going basis.

“CAMC and Healthcare Art Consulting in Charleston, WV chose 32 pieces of my photography to decorate the new Cancer Center being built by CAMC. Tamarack brought this opportunity to my attention. It is exciting to me to have the opportunity to add some cheer to people's lives through my photography.”
Ed Rehbein — RALEIGH COUNT Y
